We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides opportunities for families to earn money to help defray the costs associated with education and sports programs.
How do I sign up?

How will I know if i am on the list to work an event?
You will receive a reminder email, to email you used to sign up for the event, 7 days prior to the event. You will also receive a conformation email each time you sign up for an event.
What do I do if I'm on the waiting list?
You will receive an email if you are moved up to the active list to work an event.
If you are not moved up to the active list, you will receive an email stating that you will not be needed for that event.

Can I do this alone or do I have to be a member of a group?
Both! We have volunteers that are part of large groups as well as volunteers that are entirely on their own.
How do I know how much I was paid for working an event?
You will receive a statement during the first week of each month via the email you signed up with. It will show the events you have worked since your last statement. If the venue has paid us for the event, your statement will show the amount you earned on that line. If the venue has not paid us yet, your statement will say "PENDING" on that line. The information you will need to request funds will be in this email as well.
DO I get paid directly?
No.
No one can be paid directly. All funds must go to an organization. If it is a reimbursement, you must have a copy of the receipt with the organizations heading at the top. The receipt must show the items you purchased and the amount you paid. A cancelled check showing what was paid for and the amount paid is also acceptable.

What if i forget to sign in at an event?
Unfortunately, if you forget to sign in, you will NOT be paid for the event. When signing in, please print your name legibly so that it can be read.
Can someone else work for my account? If so, How do they sign-in?
Of course! During sign in, they will write your name next to theirs to show that they are working for your account.
Can I be on my phone or listen to music while I am working?
NO! The use of cell phones, bluetooth devices, headphones, or electronics of any kind is prohibited during an event.
Why are there AATK/Administration spots on the event sign ups?
Those spots are ensure that we have stand leads, cooks, etc. These positions require mandatory coverage. Once they are covered, those spots are eliminated from the sign up.
What can i use my funds for?
Educational Expenses: books, tuition, uniforms, class trips, etc. This applies to college as well.
